Tier 1 Investor

Applicant must have under his sole control for a minimum of three months no less that 1 million GBP. These funds must be transferable to the UK and a clear paper trail as to the source of these funds ins essential.

Owing to the level of investment, English language and maintenance requirements are not required for this category.

Of the 1 million GBP at least £750K must be invested in UK based shares/government bonds or Gilts. Farley & Associates Ltd can introduce you to either a recognised international bank or private financial advisor to assist you in making your investments. (non responsibility clause)

The remaining balance of funds should be kept in a UK account or un mortgaged property.
